I can’t recommend Olga enough! During the lockdowns we’ve been training once a week in the park or on zoom. I’ve also participated in her really fun challenges. I’ve learnt that sticking with the routine, counting the calories, planning meals but still enjoying life are all key to being healthy and happy. I honestly believe my sessions with her have got me through the pandemic. It’s helped massively with my mental health. It’s also helped with my type 1 diabetes as I need less insulin and feel great. I love her positivity, encouragement and friendship. I’ve hit my goal weight and gone from a legging size M to S! I’m so proud of the body we’ve built and can’t wait to show it off.
