Online or in person?

I offer two Personal Training programs which are similar in that I give you a fully customised training plan based on your goals. In the 'in person' option you will train 1-2-1 either in the gym or from home (where I'll join you by WhatsApp, Facetime, or Zoom).  If you choose the online program I will provide you with a training plan on an easy to use online platform.

I also provide a running specific program to help you run stronger for longer!
