The entire program is online. I’ve had clients that lived a half-mile away from me and clients across the country!
It’s easy to use and can be accessed from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Simple habits and daily check-ins
Every day you'll have something to complete within your account. It may be an article to read, a video to watch, or a short activity. Along with that, you'll check-in daily so I know what you're up to and we can stay on top of your goals together.
The work is simple, but it isn’t easy
The process is pretty simple but consistent work is hard. Life gets in the way and kids get sick, holidays happen, and your boss throws a giant project at your feet at the last minute. This is why it’s hard.
Personal coaching and detailed progress tracking
Consider me your Yoda, Haymitch, Tyrion, or whoever suits your fandom. You’re the hero of your story. I’m just here to guide and help; I am just an email or message away. With that, we’ll keep a close eye on your progress with detailed tracking in the app.
This isn’t a “get fit quick” scheme
It took time to get in the shape you’re in now. It will take time to get to where you want to be, and take time to learn to maintain it. That’s the trick after all, isn’t it?
There aren’t any breaks
I don’t allow pausing because work is busy, family is visiting, a planned vacation, or for any other reason. This is where the real work, and progress, happen. We’ll tweak your programming for times of change so you can still work on your goals but also learn how to manage your efforts based on what’s going on in your life.
Meal plans are a no
I don’t offer meal plans.
They fail the vast majority of the time.
They don’t take into account your current eating habits, your family, or your culture.
They don’t teach long term strategies that make room for real life.
What I do is teach you how to eat clean and healthy based on your lifestyle, family, and what you enjoy eating.
You are much stronger than you think!
The most important key to success is having the discipline to do what you know should be done even when you don't feel like it!
