What is Online Personal Training

Online Personal Training is a new and exciting way to offer Fitness Coaching and achieve life-changing transformation. It is for everyone, everywhere; offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability.

The entire program is online. I’ve had clients that lived a half-mile away from me and clients across the  country!


It’s easy to use and can be accessed from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Simple habits and daily check-ins.

Every day you'll have something to complete within your account. It may be an article to read, a video to watch, or a short activity. Along with that, you'll check-in daily so I know what you're up to and we can stay on top of your goals together.

The work is simple, but it isn’t easy.

The process is pretty simple but the consistent work is hard. Life gets in the way and kids get sick, significant others tick you off, holidays happen, and your boss throws a giant project at your feet at the last minute. This is why it’s hard. It’s not that you don’t know what to do but how to do it when life decides to throw some rocks in your path.

Personal coaching and detailed progress tracking.

Consider me your Yoda, Haymitch, Tyrion, or whoever suits your fandom. You’re the hero of your story. I’m just here to guide and help; I am just an email or message away. With that, we’ll keep a close eye on your progress with detailed tracking in the app.

This isn’t a “get fit quick” scheme.

It took time to get in the shape you’re in now, it’ll take time to get to where you want to be, and even more, time to learn how to maintain it. That’s the trick after all, isn’t it?

There aren’t any breaks.

I don’t allow pausing because work is busy, family is visiting, a planned vacation, or for any other reason. This is where the real work, and progress, happen. We’ll tweak your programming for times of change so you can still work on your goals but also learn how to manage your efforts based on what’s going on in your life.

Meal plans are a no-no.

I don’t offer meal plans.

  • They fail the vast majority of the time.

  • They don’t take into account your current eating habits, your family, or your culture.

  • They don’t teach long term strategies that make room for real life.

What I do is teach you how to eat clean and healthy based on your lifestyle, family, and what you enjoy eating.

You are much stronger than you think! Always remember that.

The most important key to success is having the discipline to do what you know should be done even when you don't feel like it!

After the initial call, before starting, you will get a complimentary 1-on-1 virtual consultation to discuss your personalised training schedule.

I am NOT one of those Online Personal Trainers who will just send you a generic plan and let you crack on. Instead, the programme I create will be specific to you to help you achieve your personal health, fitness and body composition goals.

The fun doesn't stop there, once you receive your plan, I will be there to support, motivate and guide you through your body transformation.

The support consists of weekly check-ins, weekly personalised video feedback, contact via in-app messenger, developing your plan as you progress, and tracking your nutrition via MyFitnessPal.
